Just finished #37 ... "East Coast Crafted: The Essential Guide to the Beers, Breweries, and Brewpubs of Atlantic Canada" by Christopher Reynolds and Whitney Moran
Margaret Miller's The Lively Corpse (aka Rose's Last Summer) brings me to 14. A word of advice, do not watch the old Thriller adaptation before reading the book.
Sorry for the huge review dump... but I am finally caught up! I think I'm now at 35 books. And "Mona Parsons" (which was read in March) is a book about a Canadian woman.
The Underpainter is 9/13 and meets the March mini-challenge as it is by a Canadian woman and prominently features two Canadian women characters, Augusta and Sara.

Happy Easter to you too, Irene and everyone! Naomi, review dumps are the way to garner notice. :) No staggering my name, in a sea of reviews. Unless I only have one for the prize, like this month. "Barometer Rising", about the Halifax explosion 100 years ago, has impressive women in spades! I am at 21 books, please. Sincerely, Carolyn. https://cmriedel.wordpress.com/headquarters-2018/
